Alert for Excise Reg.

For Order Management, I want to create an alert, if product is not registered under any Excise Template, it give some msg or not allow user to book the order.

Plz, Plz, Plz help with solution URGENTLY.

This is to elimate the unwanted return procedure.

part of india localization.

a product is not registered in excise tariff. and our data entry operater created one order for the complete ship confirm. after running excise invoice generation request we found excise invoice is not generated for the said sales order and we have to take the material return. this is very common problem we are facing.

so i want to create an alert or something by which operater come to know that the entered product is not registered in excise. and they can ask concern person to take nacessary action.

Hi

Create an event alert by following the below steps

1.Prepare a sql query which would return the Sales orders entered with Unregistered Excise Product.

2.Create event alert by using the prepared query.

3.Prepare the email distribution list to whom to notify and add the list to alert.

4.In alert message provide the details of entered order like sales order , Product ..
